Tronco de Fresas con nata- * Strawberry log cake

 Una de las fáciles de preparar y bueno, sólo hay que ver que aspecto tiene!.

 El arrollado, brazo de gitano o bizcocho genovés lo saqué de webosfritos.es , una de mis páginas favoritas.
 Y se puede utilizar otra fruta de temporada, como las frambuesas.
Vamos a ello?

INGREDIENTES

Para el ARROLLADO:
El Sur
- 4 huevos
- 100gr. de azúcar
- 120gr. de harina
- una pizca de sal.

Para la CREMA:
- 300ml.de nata para montar.
- 100gr.de fresas/frutillas.

Una bandeja de horno de 45x45 aproximadamente. Dos bols, una batidora eléctrica. Papel manteca.

PPREPARACION

1. Precalentamos el horno a 180°C
2. Hacemos el arrollado: Primero separamos las yemas y las claras, éstas últimas las montamos a punto de nieve con la pizca de sal.
3. Batimos las yemas con el azúcar y tamizada, echamos la harina, después incorporamos lentamente las claras a punto de nieve con un movimiento envolvente, de abajo a arriba.
4. Lo echamos en la bandeja del horno previamente enmantecada y con papel manteca o papel de horno cubriendo toda la superficie. Le damos unos toquecitos para que quede igualmente repartida por los lados.
5. Se cuece en el horno tan sólo por 12 minutos!
6. Una vez horneado, con la ayuda del papel de cocina lo enrrollamos en un trapo/repasador limpio y seco. Ir quitando el papel de cocina cuidadosamente.
7. Dejamos enfriar y mientras vamos montando la nata/crema y lavando y cortando en trocitos las fresas/frutillas. Lo mezclamos y lo dejamos en la nevera/heladera.

8. Una vez frío, desenrrollamos con mucho cuidado el bizcocho y lo rellenamos con la crema de nata y fresas, bien fría. Por fuera lo ponemos decorar con un poco de nata o simplemente con mermelada reducida con almendras fileteadas pegadas.
9. Cortamos en trozos grandes y a disfrutar!.

STRAWBERRY LOG CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
For the SWISS ROLL:
- 4 eggs, separated.
- 100g sugar
- 120g plain flour
- a pinch of salt.

For the STRAWBERRY FILLING:
- 300ml. whipping cream
- 100g. strawberries.

A large square tin for baking of 45x45 cm, greased and lined with baking parchment. Two mixing bowls, electric whisk. A clean dishtowel.


METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. To prepare the Swiss roll, beat the egg whites with the pinch of salt until soft peaks are formed.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs yolks with sugar together until mixture is pale and creamy, Sift the flour over the surface and fold it gently. Then add the egg whites, carefully, until the two mixtures fold.
4. Pour the mixture over the baking tin and make sure it covers all the surface, including the corners.
5. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes!.
6. Once baked, use a clean dishtowel to invert hot cake on it and tightly roll cake and towel, removing the baking paper carefully. Set on rack to cool completely.
7. Meanwhile, prepare the strawberry filling, whipping the cream until firm, mix in chopped  strawberries. Reserve in the fridge until use.
8. Gently unroll cake. Spread strawberry mixture evenly on cake and re-roll. Dust with powered sugar, more strawberry mixture or reduced jelly and sliced almonds.

    Lo tuyo no es trikini ni traje de bańo entero, es ańos 20!! :)
    Y ponte el bikini, lo importante es la actitud!!
